About the Role

The Advanced Data Analytics Analyst supports enterprise data and analytics initiatives by gathering, integrating, and analyzing large volumes of data to deliver clear, actionable insights. This role partners closely with business, analytics, and technology teams to answer complex business questions and translate data into recommendations that support informed, data-driven decisions across the organization. This role is well suited for an experienced analyst who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working with modern data platforms, and seeing analysis turn into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Work on large-scale data and analytics projects that gather and integrate data from multiple sources
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to answer business questions and inform decisions
  • Apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to interpret results and develop actionable insights and recommendations
  • Present data, analysis, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner that enables stakeholders to quickly understand and act
  • Collaborate with business partners, analytics teams, and technology stakeholders to provide a holistic view of analytical outcomes
  • Acquire, validate, and prepare data from multiple sources to support accurate and reliable analysis
  • Measure and monitor the impact of applied recommendations and adjust analyses as needed
  • Ensure all data acquisition, sharing, and analytical outputs comply with company standards, governance, and data policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
  • Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes and tools such as Alteryx, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent

Salary/Compensations

  • $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
