About the Role

We are looking for a Test & Integration Engineer (m/f/d) for Radio Framework to join our expert team at a client in the radio and communications industry. We are excited to get to know you and work together with passion and team spirit on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conception and implementation of CI/CT/CD pipelines with GitLab.
• Connecting measuring devices such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, or spectrum analyzers to test environments and automating their use.
• Defining requirement-based test cases for the SW framework of an SW Defined Radio, creating test procedures and test campaigns, and evaluating test results.
• Ensuring complete traceability between SW framework releases, requirements, test results, and error reports.
• Conducting error analysis and root cause analysis together with hardware and software teams.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in hardware-near software development and testing complex systems (e.g., microcontrollers, SoCs, or RF/radio technology), ideally in a military or security-critical environment.
• Experience in test automation and development of test frameworks, ideally with Xray in conjunction with Jira.
• Good programming skills in C/C++ and Python, as well as experience with CMake.
• Ideally, experience with safety standards such as DO178 and the required evidence.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Independent, active, and goal-oriented way of thinking and working.
