About the Role
You will lead the business development sales team during a period of significant growth, focusing on developing growth strategies for the Texas market. Responsibilities
- Build a sales, performance, and winning culture within the Business Development Team.
- Motivate managers and team members through positive, solution-oriented leadership.
- Enhance lead funnels and client outreach for accredited businesses.
- Develop growth strategies in collaboration with the executive team.
- Create accountability by enhancing metrics and aligning compensation and promotions.
- Monitor revenue pipelines and leads to ensure sustainable growth.
- Establish short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
- Monitor strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from acquisition to success.
- Train and develop individuals and teams in Sales and Account Management.
- Implement robust sales management processes including pipeline, account planning, and proposals.
- Drive a lean startup-style environment focused on experimentation and learning.
- Leverage customer research to provide strategic leadership for brand promotion and positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales Director experience.
- Experience in the technology sector.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales organizations.
