About the Role
Campact e.V. is seeking a Data Analyst to join their five-person analytics team. This role involves supporting projects, managing data analysis from requirement gathering to presentation, and fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization. The position is a two-year fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis tasks of varying complexity from requirement gathering to presentation
- Proactively contribute ideas and utilize diverse analysis and visualization methods
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable goals and success criteria
- Set up and monitor tests
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for recurring stakeholder questions
- Develop and maintain data models to ensure clarity, consistency, and maintainability
- Document processes and implement automation to establish a reliable knowledge base
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in related fields
- Experience in digital or email marketing contexts is preferred
- Initial experience with A/B testing or experimentation
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience working with databases and cloud data warehouses
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization
- Fluency in German at C1 level or higher
- Willingness to share knowledge and provide feedback
- Openness to new technologies including AI-supported tools
- Initial experience in NGOs, politics, or volunteer work
- Ability to provide a professional reference
