About the Role
The Mobile unterstützende Teilhabedienst (MuT) in Berlin supports adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities who live or wish to live independently. We focus on person-centered support, aligning with the desires and goals of service recipients to foster greater independence and participation.
Responsibilities
- Support service recipients in achieving the most independent and self-determined life possible.
- Prepare participation plans, including individual goal and future planning, and be responsible for their implementation, evaluation, and updates based on recipient wishes, resources, and goals.
- Collaborate effectively with external partners, services, and institutions.
- Contribute and further develop professional expertise.
- Participate in expanding and developing a social space network and actively shape regional offerings.
- Contribute to the conceptual development of the service.
Requirements
- Completed training as a Heilerziehungspfleger or Erzieher (m/f/d) with state recognition.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or psychological impairments.
- Optional: Possess a Class B driver's license and ideally own a car (not mandatory).

- Fair compensation according to the Arbeitsvertragsrichtlinien des Diakonischen Werkes Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz (Tarif West), classification in EG 7
- Regular tariff increases and step increases
- Annual special payment (equivalent to an additional monthly salary)
