About the Role
At PAIR Finance, you will be part of the Legal Collection Team, working to turn open claims into concrete results through efficient, digital debt enforcement. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your cases and contribute your expertise, welcoming individuals from various backgrounds, including career changers.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of enforcement measures from decision to implementation.
- Creation and dispatch of enforcement orders (EGVP).
- Evaluation of asset disclosures and derivation of next steps.
- Processing of incoming mail from courts and bailiffs.
- Management of communication with all parties involved in proceedings.
- Maintenance and economically sound management of files and claim accounts.
- Review and optimization of claim accounts.
- Handling of objections and appeals during the proceedings.
- Focus on fast, effective enforcement rather than pure dunning.
- Further development and digitalization of our enforcement processes.
- Participation in cross-border proceedings within the EU.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or legal training (e.g., legal assistant, bank clerk, office management clerk, or similar).
- Experience in a law firm, legal department, or in the dunning/claims management of a company.
- Careful, structured work style with the ability to maintain an overview of numerous parallel cases.
- Fluent German and proficient English (B2) communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility quickly.
