About the Role
As part of the fastest growing tech company in the Netherlands, we ensure the Bynder internal infrastructure remains stable, reliable, and secure. We are looking for a team player to help execute IT projects with a growing emphasis on AI, MDM, IPS, VPN, Zoom technology, Slack, Atlassian, Google Workspace, and Cisco Meraki. You will be critical in our mission to make Bynder the best DAM solution with state-of-the-art internal infrastructure and architecture. You will provide on-site hardware, infrastructure, application, and network support to local and visiting colleagues. You will be a key player, decision maker, and idea generator within a motivated, client-centric IT Team.
Responsibilities
- Implement IT projects
- Maintain an Always Connected standard for colleagues and offices, including internet, laptops, meeting hardware/software, AV systems, and peripherals
- Assist with future ambitions of network authentication, onboarding/offboarding automation and support, and monitoring
- Organize the purchase of hardware and software
- Continuously evaluate user needs and system functionality
- Simplify identity and access management infrastructure
- Participate in the asset management lifecycle (provision, maintain, etc.)
Requirements
- In-person, on-prem commitment to our Amsterdam office
- Collaborative mentality
- Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem
- Documented experience and emphasis on platform integrations with Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Atlassian, Netsuite, Bettercloud
- Moderate networking comprehension and application experience
- Ability to actively contribute to organizational policies regarding quality standards and strategic planning
