About the Role

We are seeking a working student or intern for Product Testing & AI Automation. You will work directly with the founding and product teams to systematically test new product features, data flows, and AI-driven workflows, document errors, and build internal automations for testing and business processes. This role is ideal if you enjoy working deeply with AI software, testing meticulously, and possess sufficient business understanding to ensure features are truly effective for our users and customers.

Responsibilities

Test new PLACED features in realistic workflows, from candidate profiles to search logic, AI agents, lead lists, CRM transfers, and exports.
Plan and execute manual product tests, verify output quality, and document bugs for immediate use by Product and Engineering.
Evaluate AI and LLM-based results for technical quality, consistency, data logic, hallucinations, and practical usability in candidate sales.
Build internal automations using no-code/low-code tools, APIs, webhooks, browser automation, or LLM agents.
Analyze recurring operational tasks and identify tests, checks, or work steps suitable for automation.
Collaborate closely with the founding team, Product, and Operations, providing concrete suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

Previous experience in Product Testing, QA, Software Testing, or product-adjacent Operations Testing.
Fluent German language skills with precise written documentation abilities.
Sufficient professional English to utilize English product, tool, API, and model documentation.
Currently studying in an AI, Product, or Business-related field, ideally at the intersection of technology and business (e.g., Business Informatics, Data/AI, Business Administration with a Tech focus, Product Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
Prior experience building automations with tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, APIs, webhooks, or similar.
Practical experience with agentic AI, LLM systems, prompting, tool usage, structured outputs, or AI-driven workflows.
Structured work approach, ability to quickly identify ambiguities, and capacity to build reproducible tests.
Desire to not only test technically but also understand the practical helpfulness of workflows for users and customers.
