About the Role
As a People Operations Administrator, you will create a smooth employee journey experience by managing administrative processes and acting as a primary point of contact for employees and managers. This role supports the German team by ensuring operational efficiency, handling payroll-related tasks, and maintaining compliance across the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Manage employment agreements, contract amendments, reference letters, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Act as a support function for employees and managers on People Operations matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for health insurance providers, social security agencies, and authorities.
- Support the review and implementation of changes related to employment legislation and social security regulations.
- Partner with payroll specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in personnel and payroll administration within an HR environment.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
- Proactive, positive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Reliable, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability.
- Motivation to continuously develop new skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
