About the Role

You will join a team building AI-powered tools, including agentic workflows and GenAI capabilities, to streamline operations, improve control effectiveness, and reduce manual effort for global financial institutions while maintaining audit-readiness and security.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic and GenAI tools for Financial Markets use cases.
• Develop agentic AI workflows to plan, execute, and validate operational processes.
• Build GenAI features such as summarization, classification, extraction, drafting, and Q&A.
• Create RAG pipelines to ground LLM outputs in approved knowledge sources.
• Implement tool-calling and function-calling patterns for system integration.
• Build backend services and APIs to package AI capabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable code including unit tests, integration tests, and documentation.
• Design evaluation harnesses and test suites to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Implement guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for compliance.
• Collaborate with domain SMEs to translate requirements into system behavior.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building production software with strong coding ownership.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Foundational understanding of LLMs including attention mechanisms, tokenization, and inference trade-offs.
• Practical experience with LLM/GenAI development including prompt design and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, logging, and data handling (JSON, SQL).
• Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and iterate quickly.
