About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver consultancy services across a broad client base, including public sector bodies, partnerships, providers, and private sector organizations.
- Lead and manage Asset Optimisation assignments across PFI advisory, property asset management, portfolio strategy, FM strategic advisory, TOTEX optimisation, whole-life costing, benchmarking, value-for-money reviews, and compliance.
- Champion digital innovation and sustainability-led asset strategies.
- Oversee strategic reviews, target operating model design, and supply chain/procurement support.
- Drive data analytics, cost estimation, feasibility studies, and cost plans.
- Provide contract support and reviews, including PFIs.
- Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development and thought leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and uphold quality, governance, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property-focused consultancy or equivalent.
- Proven track record with public sector clients (Health, Education, Local Authorities) and private sector organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering major programmes or portfolios.
