About the Role

As a Sales Associate, your input is crucial in providing customers with the best shopping experience. Your mission is to understand customer needs, advise them on products, and suggest solutions. You will also assist with visual merchandising to boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Offer excellent service to all customers and advise them on products to enhance the customer experience using our customer service best practices.
• Be a proud ambassador of Columbia by informing all customers about current product features and benefits.
• Foster customer loyalty through high-quality interactions, aiming to enhance brand image and convert visitors into enthusiastic customers.
• Ensure all our products are well-displayed in accordance with the company's VM guidelines.
• Support with inventory management and product deliveries.
• Maintain an excellent appearance of the store.
• Show a willingness to learn and utilize all opportunities to advance personal development and improve performance.
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales-oriented position.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the official country language.
• Familiarity with numbers (ability to perform basic mathematical calculations).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Willingness to join a high-performing team ready to take on challenges.
