About the Role

As a Sales Associate, your input is crucial in providing customers with the best shopping experience. Your mission is to understand customer needs, advise them on products, and propose solutions. You will also assist with visual merchandising to enhance sales.

Responsibilities

• Offer excellent service to all customers and advise them on products to enhance the customer experience using best practices.
• Be a proud ambassador of Columbia, informing all customers about current product features and benefits.
• Foster customer loyalty through high-quality interactions to enhance brand image and convert visitors into enthusiastic customers.
• Ensure all products are well-displayed in accordance with company VM guidelines.
• Support with stock management and product deliveries.
• Maintain an excellent appearance of the store.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and utilize all opportunities for personal development and performance enhancement.
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales-oriented position.
• Previous retail experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the official country language.
• English language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and embrace the team spirit.
• Familiarity with numbers (ability to perform basic mathematical calculations).
• Willingness to join a high-performing team ready to take on challenges.
• Willingness for flexible working hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
