About the Role
The EMEA-based Proposal Writer will scale the RFP Program by providing regional support, including content development and team enablement, and by managing strategic EMEA bids.
Responsibilities
- Manage and curate EMEA-specific Q&A libraries and unstructured content sources within Braze’s AI-native RFP response platform.
- Adapt global program tools, templates, and processes to fit EMEA market nuances and regional procurement requirements.
- Deliver regional training on RFP tools, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain clear process documentation and playbooks for the EMEA region.
- Gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to identify and drive program improvement initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process for a select of strategic EMEA bids.
- Write, edit, and refine proposal content, translating complex product and technical capabilities into clear, compelling, and client-facing responses.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to extract inputs and resolve open issues and blockers.
- Lead post-mortems on supported bids to capture lessons learned and improve proposal content and processes over time.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid coordination, or a related function, ideally within a b2b SaaS or technology environment.
- Familiarity with EMEA procurement processes.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and workstreams with high attention to detail.
- Able to synthesize technical details and product architecture into clear, well-structured prose under deadline pressure.
- Skilled at building relationships and driving accountability across various internal teams to secure necessary inputs.
- Comfortable in a role that may evolve, and motivated to help build and improve the regional support model and global RFP Program over time.
