About the Role
Lead the AI Operator & Tooling Strategy for N26 Marketing, identifying automation opportunities and leveraging AI to enhance creative output and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in defining the future of growth at N26 by reimagining how a modern marketing organization functions.
Responsibilities
- Architect AI-driven workflows by integrating AI tools and automation into marketing workstreams.
- Optimize marketing efficiency by analyzing existing workflows and implementing structural improvements.
- Scale performance reporting by developing and managing automated reporting frameworks.
- Build the MarTech ecosystem by designing and deploying scalable processes and custom tooling.
- Modernize project management systems to ensure seamless collaboration across the Marketing organization.
- Drive AI adoption and organizational maturity by developing training frameworks and enablement sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automation or operations.
- Documented track record of building and launching multiple AI-driven initiatives.
- Experience scaling AI projects that solve tangible customer problems and drive operational impact.
- Ability to map complex business processes and identify technological solutions.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Jira.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) and creative collaboration platforms (e.g., Figma).
- Comfort working with performance data and translating metrics into reports.
- Ability to coach teams on adopting new tools and AI-driven methodologies.
