About the Role
Shape the UK menu strategy by balancing customer preferences with operational realities to create crave-worthy and commercially viable weekly menus. Leverage local data and collaborate across teams to optimize the recipe portfolio, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UK menu planning process, balancing customer data, ingredient costs, and operational complexity.
- Partner with UK Culinary and Procurement teams to evolve the recipe portfolio based on British tastes and seasonal availability.
- Analyze local performance metrics and customer feedback to identify menu innovation opportunities for the UK market.
- Drive cross-functional alignment within the UK business for ingredient availability and cost-efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements for recipe planning and local menu operations.
- Act as the subject matter expert on UK menu strategy, providing insights for the local product roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven track record in product management, menu strategy, or a highly analytical operations role, ideally within the UK food or e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for the UK market.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills for collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset for solving UK supply chain and customer base problems.
- Excellent communication skills to present data and strategy effectively to local leadership.
- Deep interest in the UK food landscape and understanding of great recipes for local customers.
- Independent right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.
