About the Role
Blue Light Card Australia is seeking a Partnerships Manager to acquire and onboard high-value partnerships, delivering exclusive discounts and perks for frontline workers.
Responsibilities
- Own acquisition targets for Tier 1 and Tier 2 partnerships, including pitching and closing deals.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals outlining the benefits of BLC as a channel.
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline (HubSpot) with all relevant deal information.
- Report regularly on pipeline performance, category progress, and opportunities.
- Manage partner onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Management team.
Requirements
- Solid B2B sales or 360 account executive experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and closing complex deals.
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including CMOs and Heads of Marketing.
- Understanding of partnership and affiliate activity within retail, QSR, or fashion industries.
- Experience in a fast-moving or scaling environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems.
- A genuine interest in the company's mission to support essential workers.
