About the Role

Operations sits at the heart of TMHCC, ensuring the smooth running of all business processes. This role supports the Office of the COO, focusing on operational excellence and strategic initiatives, including business continuity and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resilience Manager and Risk and Controls Manager with daily tasks to improve TMHCCI’s risk and resilience posture.
• Assist the Risk and Controls Manager with the monthly Risk Feed, consolidating data and presenting a summary of risks, controls, policies, near misses, losses, mitigation actions, and internal audit actions.
• Track progress of Risk Mitigation Actions and Internal Audit Actions.
• Visualize risk and controls data for internal reports and risk committees.
• Support the Resilience Manager in developing and maintaining TMHCCI's Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks.
• Assist with coordinating and following up on Business Continuity and Operational Resilience governance activities.
• Assist the Business Continuity Manager with Business Continuity Committee follow-up actions.
• Review Business Continuity metrics and operational incident data in line with regulatory triggers.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather information and support resilience improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative environment.

Skills

• Knowledge of Risk Frameworks, SS1/21, SS2/21 and DORA regulation.
• Risk / Business Continuity qualification.
