About the Role
As a Team Lead for the Costing Framework EU squad, you will guide product development, ensure operational effectiveness, and foster team wellbeing. You will play a critical role in Kraken's engineering organization by building a high-functioning team, maintaining high-quality systems, and scaling the company's culture.
Responsibilities

- Oversee or delegate team rituals such as planning, standups, and reviews
- Connect team delivery to product-group and company-level goals

- Remove technical, process, or people-related blockers
Requirements
- Experience with line management of at least 3 people
- Strong software engineering background
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Comfortable working asynchronously
- Clear and regular communication skills
