About the Role

As a Salesperson (m/f/d) in the Flex Team, you will be the first point of contact in the branch, ensuring a positive customer experience in sales and service. This role involves structured onboarding, deployment at various ATU locations within a regional radius, customer consultation, handling payments and complaints, scheduling workshop appointments, maintaining the sales floor, and assisting with goods receipt and storage.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact in the branch, ensuring a positive customer experience in sales and service.
Provide customer consultation during sales and advisory discussions.
Process payments and handle customer complaints.
Schedule workshop appointments.
Maintain and present the sales floor.
Receive, store, and support in the warehouse area.
Flexible deployment at ATU locations within a radius of approximately 50-200 km (by agreement).
Work a 5-day week (Mon-Sat) with early and late shifts in a two-shift system.

Requirements

Experience in retail/sales (e.g., Sales Assistant, Sales Specialist, Customer Advisor, Sales Consultant).
Interest in the automotive industry or DIY store environment.
Motivation to learn new products and processes.
Physically fit (standing and walking up to 8 hours/day).
Valid driver's license (Class B) in Germany.
Independent organization of routes and travel times.
Willingness for occasional overnight stays away from home.
Experience as a salesperson, sales assistant, sales specialist, customer advisor, cashier, or retail clerk.
