About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Projects Manager who is equal parts commercial operator and generalist problem-solver. You will drive business performance through strategic planning, operational excellence, and execution of high-impact projects across the Australian business. This is a generalist role where you will own ambiguous work that spans teams and disciplines, bringing structure, rigour, and momentum to projects.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-functional projects end to end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through to delivery.
- Launch product features, evaluate new partner models, improve in-store promotions, or solve member experience problems.
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems by defining the right questions, mapping moving parts, and working through solutions.
- Act as the connective tissue, working across product, engineering, marketing, member operations, and commercial teams.
- Support business planning, including quarterly plans and monthly business reviews.
- Quantify opportunities by sizing commercial impact, cost, and effort to drive trade-offs and sequencing decisions.
- Identify and improve gaps in processes or decision-making.
- Support the operating cadence for Australia, including weekly standups, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly planning.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in strategy, product, consulting, or commercial roles.
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional products or projects.
- Product-minded with the ability to work with technical teams, understand roadmaps, and make well-rounded decisions.
- Comfortable with data, able to dig into customer or commercial data to find answers.
- Experience in a fast-moving, early-stage environment, with a proven ability to build without waiting for instruction.
- A consulting background, or experience in rewards, marketplaces, or loyalty platforms is advantageous.
