About the Role
We are seeking a Social Worker / Social Pedagogue or Job Coach with knowledge of Romanian or Bulgarian to support our teams in helping participants overcome obstacles and develop a sustainable future through individual coaching, group activities, and documentation.

Requirements
- University degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy
- Alternatively, university degree in Special Education or Rehabilitation Pedagogy
- Alternatively, other pedagogical degrees with at least one year of professional experience in the pedagogical field
- At least one year of proven coaching experience is mandatory for Job Coaches
- Professional or university degree for Job Coaches
- Knowledge in personnel selection systems, media literacy, and intercultural competencies for Job Coaches
- Reliability and sociability
- Communication skills, empathy, motivation skills
- Willingness to cooperate closely with employers, network partners, authorities, and agencies
- Empathy and professionalism when contacting people in difficult life situations
- Value neutrality and commitment
- Class B driver's license is an advantage
