About the Role
This role is for an analytical and highly-organized Associate Account Strategist / Account Manager to grow into a core client-facing position at a fast-moving performance marketing agency. You will work directly with senior strategists, support client accounts from day one, and build the skills to manage relationships independently. This is an ideal launchpad for a driven, organized, and curious recent graduate interested in performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Co-pilot client calls by preparing meeting decks and performance reports.
- Support day-to-day client communication by monitoring channels and drafting updates.
- Monitor performance dashboards across digital channels to track key metrics and identify trends.
- Act as the organizational engine for the account team by documenting and tracking client requests.
- Maintain organizational standards by executing repeatable workflows.
- Update internal playbooks and document team workflows.
- Use AI tools to increase daily efficiency.
- Gradually take on direct client communication and lead strategic discussions.
- Prepare to fully step into independent account ownership.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing and/or 1 – 2 years of experience in a marketing agency or department support, administrative, or junior-level role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
- An investigative approach with a strong bias towards action to diagnose and resolve challenges.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with effective workload prioritization.
- Ability to close the loop on tasks and keep the team updated.
- Comfort operating independently and staying visible in a fully remote environment.
- Genuine curiosity about modern software and AI tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Slack, ChatGPT).
- Eagerness to leverage technology for maximum productivity.
- Genuine passion for the digital marketing landscape and a drive to grow expertise.
