About the Role

Trusted Shops is seeking a Fullstack Engineer with a Frontend Focus (React & TypeScript) to join their Solution Design Team. This role involves building and maintaining modern frontend applications, creating intuitive user experiences, and contributing to frontend architecture decisions. The position is hybrid in Cologne or remote in Berlin, full-time, and permanent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Create intuitive, accessible, and high-performance user experiences for custom features and products used by our large and enterprise customers
• Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants, other full-stack engineers, and cross-functional product teams
• Deliver new features from concept and implementation to production rollout
• Improve application performance, code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, engineering standards, and best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Media Informatics, or a comparable field; equivalent practical experience is equally welcome
• At least two years of professional experience developing modern web applications with React and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable frontend solutions
• Experience integrating APIs and collaborating with backend services in distributed systems, preferably Node.js or Java based or the willingness to learn
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and modern CI/CD workflows
• A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus
