Responsibilities
- Welcome work-ready students into your team.
- Provide a 3-6 month work placement.
- Offer clear supervision, structured tasks, and regular check-ins for remote placements.
- Consider providing payment, at least a real living wage, to support fair and inclusive access to work experience.
- Contribute towards travel, meals, or other essential expenses if a full salary is not feasible.
