About the Role

As a sales associate, you serve as the primary point of contact in the branch, ensuring a positive customer experience within the sales and service areas.

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers during sales and consultation discussions
  • Process payments and handle customer complaints
  • Schedule workshop appointments
  • Maintain and present the sales floor
  • Manage goods receipt, storage, and warehouse support
  • Work a 5-day week (Mon-Sat) in a two-shift system

  • Interest in the automotive or hardware store industry
  • Motivation to learn new products and processes
  • Physical fitness for standing and walking up to 8 hours per day
