About the Role
As a sales associate, you serve as the primary point of contact in the branch, ensuring a positive customer experience within the sales and service areas.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers during sales and consultation discussions
- Process payments and handle customer complaints
- Schedule workshop appointments
- Maintain and present the sales floor
- Manage goods receipt, storage, and warehouse support
- Work a 5-day week (Mon-Sat) in a two-shift system
Requirements
- Experience in retail or sales
- Interest in the automotive or hardware store industry
- Motivation to learn new products and processes
- Physical fitness for standing and walking up to 8 hours per day
