About the Role

As a Kfz Mechatroniker (m/w/d) in the Flex-Team, you will support our locations in the surrounding area and take on tasks related to maintenance, repair, and diagnostics in everyday workshop life.

Responsibilities

• Start with structured onboarding in the Flex-Team
• Deployment at changing ATU locations in the regional area
• Support for workshop teams in daily business
• Maintenance and inspection work on vehicles of all drive types
• Systematic vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting with modern diagnostic technology
• Repair and service work on mechanical and electronic components
• Preparation of vehicles for main and emissions inspections (HU/AU)
• Flexible deployments at ATU locations within a radius of approx. 50-200 km (by arrangement)
• 5-day week (Mon-Sat) with early and late shifts in a two-shift system

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, e.g., journeyman's/master craftsman's certificate as a vehicle mechatronics technician or commercial vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanic, vehicle technician, or in a related technical profession
• Several years of practical professional experience in the automotive sector
• Driver's license (Class B) in Germany
• Familiar with or prepared for occasional field service: route planning, self-management, driving times, and working at different locations
• Willingness to travel within a radius of XX km and conform to overnight stays away from home
• Hands-on, physically fit, receptive, and solution-oriented

Salary/Compensations

• EUR 2900 - EUR 3100 monthly
