About the Role
As a member of the Flex-Team, you will support our locations in the surrounding area and take on a technically responsible role in workshop operations. You will start with structured onboarding in the Flex-Team and be deployed at various ATU locations in the region.
Responsibilities
- Support workshop teams in daily operations and with technical challenges
- Provide technical support for diagnosis and repair work
- Share expertise with colleagues and trainees
- Actively participate in workshop activities
- Organize routes and travel times independently
- Be willing to stay overnight occasionally
Requirements
- Completed master craftsman examination in automotive technology or a comparable trade
- Practical experience in diagnosis, maintenance, and vehicle repair
- Responsible and structured approach to daily work
- Physically fit (standing and walking up to 8 hours/day)
- Valid driver's license (Class B) in Germany
- Experience as a master automotive technician or automotive mechatronics technician with master qualification
- Willingness to travel to different ATU locations

Salary/Compensations
- EUR 3500 - EUR 3700 monthly
