About the Role
As a Master Mechanic (m/f/d), you will lead the workshop and manage the entire workshop operations with your team in daily business. We offer a secure, permanent position with attractive bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize workshop operations
- Plan utilization and processes
- Lead and guide the workshop team, including apprentices
- Take responsibility for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of vehicles ranging from classic cars to electric vehicles
- Ensure quality standards
- Actively participate in workshop tasks
Requirements
- Completed master craftsman examination in the automotive trade or a comparable trade
- Initial leadership experience or motivation for team leadership
- Practical experience in vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repair
- Responsible and structured approach to daily work
- Physically fit (standing and walking up to 8 hours/day)
- Experience as a workshop manager, master mechanic, or automotive mechatronics technician with master qualification is welcomed
- Support for the recognition of qualifications acquired abroad

Salary/Compensations
- EUR 3700 - EUR 3900 monthly
