About the Role
The Vendor Compliance Coordinator will join the People, Safety and Culture team to coordinate and manage vendor compliance across the NEX Building Group portfolio, supporting the contractor and supplier network by ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the onboarding of new vendors and contractors
- Reviewing and assessing contractor documentation against company requirements
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and compliance documentation
- Monitoring vendor compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting stakeholders across the business with contractor management enquiries
- Supporting the resolution of compliance-related issues and disputes
- Providing administrative support to the WHS team and broader business
