About the Role
The Transformation & Transition team sits within the Chief Operating Office and is charged with the transformation of the business and the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects for CFS. This role will report to the Program Manager, Growth within Transformation & Transition.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of projects ranging from $3-$10 million or smaller programs of work to deliver solutions and customer experiences.
- Use business and commercial acumen to translate business strategy/requirements into implementable projects/streams of work that deliver value.
- Act as a trusted business partner, providing advice and delivery expertise throughout initiative phases from idea and business case to implementation.
- Manage vendors and partners and be involved in commercial negotiations.
- Effectively manage relationships across the business and lead business change.
- Work with cross-functional teams and facilitate planning of work and optimize the delivery of outcomes.
- Operate in a way that supports business agility and adapt quickly to market changes and customer needs.
- Ensure vendors deliver upon agreed commitments where required.
Requirements
- Strong experience in business and project management with a proven track record of successful project outcomes and an array of project-type experience.
- Experience managing projects of size $5m-$10m and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exposure to working in large and complex environments, including IT business dependencies.
- Experience in leading and managing a large number of project and change management resources.
- Experience in interacting with executive & senior management.
- Proven track record managing projects and experiences in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Full work rights in Australia.
