Responsibilities
- Manage multiple large accounts utilizing company systems.
- Act as the main point of contact between client buyers and factories.
- Support distributors and representatives as requested by management.
- Run reports and utilize data within reports.
- Develop partnerships with field personnel, factories, and clients.
- Act as Inside Sales Representative to support the Client Engagement Team.
- Perform sales coordination activities and daily logistics.
- Conduct sales administration, including reports and forecast entry.
- Align with internal teams and provide timely logistics support.
- Conduct analysis of backlog, demand, supply, and inventory.
- Manage customer relationships and account profiles.
- Handle order management, including samples, order entry, backlog confirmation/rescheduling, shipment expedite/notification, and RMA.
Requirements
- Sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Professional, accurate, and dependable demeanor.
- Seek win-win solutions.
- Systematically monitor and schedule timelines from start to end.
- Clear and speedy expression among clients, factories, logistics, and client engagement managers.
- Excellent ISR role player working with external clients and internal teams.
- University graduate.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Inside Sales or Client Service position.
- 3 years' experience in the electronic industry preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Fluent in Japanese.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
