About the Role

We are seeking a Storage Group Manager/Assistant Manager to solve critical business problems and deliver value for the future of our business. Our customers trust our products and services for their daily lives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Practical experience in conservation operations at a life insurance company
  • Understanding of storage operations
  • Practical experience in planning, operating, and designing business processes for storage
  • Team management experience of 10 or more people (for Manager role)
  • Experience in business process improvement
  • High communication skills to smoothly coordinate across departments
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in developing operational manuals and training systems
  • Project experience, including system renewal, improvement, and implementation
