About the Role
In this mid-level role, you will conduct complex data analyses, create advanced reports and dashboards, and collaborate with business units to translate their needs into data-driven insights. You will also mentor junior analysts and contribute to data process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data analysis to support business objectives.
- Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Translate business unit needs into data-driven solutions.
- Develop data models to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
- Present findings to senior analysts.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Ability to articulate data-driven insights clearly to a diverse audience.
- Ability to identify issues in data and processes and propose solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to maintain focus under pressure.
- Commitment to ethical standards.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to work with large and complex data sets.
