About the Role
This role focuses on providing consultancy advice and support to clients within the Workplace Risk Practice, aiming to deliver innovative and flexible solutions for their Workplace Risk programs and drive sustainable performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop key client relationships.
- Provide clients with technical and strategic advice in premium, claims, and injury management.
- Engage in report writing and implement client retention strategies.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities for the Company.
- Support the broader Willis team as a technical expert in Workers’ Compensation.
- Monitor team workloads, ensure account profitability, and suggest/implement operational efficiencies with the NSW State Manager.
- Manage company profile with industry contacts by identifying and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Act as a leading member of the consultancy team, working on assigned projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and developing client relationships.
- Expertise in providing technical and strategic advice related to premium, claims, and injury management.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Technical expertise in Workers’ Compensation.
- Ability to monitor team workloads and ensure account profitability.
- Experience in managing company profiles and strategic industry relationships.
