About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the global delivery of a large-scale enterprise security program. This role involves coordinating distributed teams across the US, EU, LatAm, and India, managing workstreams, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, and providing executive reporting in a regulated financial services setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India to ensure seamless 24x7 progression.
- Track the delivery of discrete milestones, including ASPM enablement and automated evidence attestation.
- Identify and proactively resolve blockers across technical, operational, and resourcing domains.
- Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.
Requirements
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US (Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region enterprise IT or Cybersecurity programs.
- Expert application of scaled Agile frameworks within heavily regulated environments.
- Ability to independently manage teams across multiple products/projects.
- Experience coaching organizational leaders in Agile methodologies and providing expert advice on project management practices without oversight.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
