About the Role

The mission of this position is to supervise and manage the activities carried out by the branch team, ensuring the correct application of customer service protocols and standards. It involves overseeing the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing to actions that generate greater profitability and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards in service, monitoring the flawless execution of processes and activities of the work team.
• Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and perform checklists of branch operations.
• Execute actions that ensure inventory updates, product facing and arrangement, as well as the order and cleanliness of the assigned branch.
• Evaluate the staff in charge through performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs.

Requirements

• Completed high school. Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas is desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, point-of-sale attention, cash management and administration, and personnel management.
