About the Role
The FP&A team is looking for a driven and passionate Financial Analyst to provide value-add financial support to drive key business decision-making. This role will analyze financial and business KPIs, enabling sound decision-making by cross-functional partners and co-piloting the company's financial trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial projections to support company-wide forecasting and strategic decision making.
- Analyze monthly costs versus budget and forecast, communicating recommendations to cross-functional partners.
- Support month-end close through FP&A variance analysis, journal entry inputs, and reconciliation of key line items.
- Review results to support KPI and financial target achievement, and business process improvement.
- Utilize financial systems to create accurate, custom management reports.
- Support annual budget and strategic planning preparation, including template, schedule, and financial model creation/updating.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis, such as ROI analyses and sales trend forecasting.
- Contribute to a team environment fostering belonging and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills using complex functions (vlookup, index/match, conditional list, arrays, pivots).
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience in basic financial modelling and accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to operations management and produce effective reports.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Ability to utilize AI to support in automation and process improvement.
- Passionate about natural wellness and eager to learn the world of Retail/Wholesale FP&A.
