About the Role
The Fund Analyst will support high-quality analytics, reporting, and strategic insight across a $16bn+ retail portfolio, working closely with investors and senior leaders to shape portfolio curation, capital management, and business improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive smarter investment decisions through high-quality analytics and reporting across portfolio returns, investment capacity, and capital management.
- Help shape resilient, high-performing retail portfolios by supporting transaction analysis, strategic asset plans, budgets, and key asset management initiatives.
- Influence key stakeholders by preparing clear, accurate, and timely reporting for investors, senior leaders, the Board, and investment committees.
- Bring market insight to life by using property and capital markets knowledge to support recommendations, key messaging, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to scalable growth and team performance by supporting business improvement projects and helping build a collaborative, high-performing analyst team.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in real estate funds management.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (strong application of financial modelling is essential).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Applied knowledge of key financial reporting principles.
- Degree qualified in finance, business, property, or commerce related discipline.
- Post degree qualifications not mandatory depending on level of practical experience.
