About the Role

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in leading a team to provide excellent customer experiences and technology solutions. This role offers opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and financial rewards in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed sales and operation initiatives.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment.
• Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Standing and walking around for prolonged periods.
• Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
• Reaching with hands and arms.
• Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
• Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
• Dexterity is required.
• Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones.
• Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods.

Skills

• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
