Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to address specific business challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong programming experience with Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and model development.
  • Experience writing production-level code with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices (version control, testing, code reviews).

Skills

  • Machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods).
  • Advanced analytics methods (predictive modeling, time series analysis, optimization, simulation).
  • Working with large, complex, and unstructured datasets.
  • Data wrangling and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
  • SQL, Python, R.
  • Data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Full data science lifecycle understanding (data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring).
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Translating business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Applying data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
  • Hypothesis testing and statistical result interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Project management in a fast-paced environment.
