About the Role
This internship program offers students the opportunity to join a service line team, gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate. Interns will learn industry terminology, regulations, and market trends while contributing to daily business operations and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to provide relevant advice
- Assist the business in the execution of daily tasks
- Respond to day-to-day requests and ensure issues are addressed
- Deliver work through established processes and systems to meet standards
- Develop professional expertise through on-the-job training and observation
- Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues
- Track project timelines
- Generate monthly reports
- Assist managers with department objectives
- Complete special projects
Requirements
- At least two years completed toward a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven record of providing excellent customer service
- Self-starter with a reliable work ethic
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work individually and as a team player
