About the Role
This role involves loading, delivering, and installing equipment for customers, serving as the frontline representative of Axis, and collaborating with your team to ensure organized and efficient operations. You will uphold company standards by maintaining equipment and adhering to professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Load, deliver, and install equipment at customer sites.
- Provide professional and respectful customer service.
- Solve on-site challenges.
- Track activity and progress by communicating job notes and updates.
- Keep equipment clean and vehicles organized.
- Adhere to professional uniform standards.
- Unbox, test, prepare, and clean equipment in the warehouse.
Requirements
- 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Experience in box-trucks and sprinter vans is a plus.
- A 5-year clean driving record is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 25+ lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor.
- Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops.
- Able to navigate apps, complete digital records, and communicate with customers.
- 1+ year of HVAC technician experience preferred.
- Strong desire to deepen expertise in HVAC diagnostics and service.
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Readiness for increased overtime during peak seasons and emergency situations.
