About the Role
You will lead Sola's second product pod, managing a team of designers and engineers to own a core platform surface from discovery through shipment. We are seeking a hands-on product leader who builds, prototypes, and iterates rather than just managing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the second product pod end-to-end from problem discovery to product shipment
- Prototype rapidly using AI-native tools to validate ideas
- Manage team focus and project tracking using tools like ClickUp
- Drive decisions using research, data, and direct feedback from agents, homeowners, and sales teams
- Provide visionary leadership to guide the team and users
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience on shipped software products
- Ambition and judgment to grow into product leadership
- Genuine design taste and experience working closely with designers
- Ability to prototype and iterate independently
- Understanding of basic engineering principles for planning and scoping
- Systems-minded approach to building and refining processes
- Experience with product analytics tools like PostHog or Mixpanel
