About the Role

As the first dedicated Product Designer, you will own interface design across agent tools, policyholder experiences, and internal platforms. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape flows, interactions, and systems that prioritize clarity, consistency, and long-term quality while scaling the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship intuitive product interfaces across multiple user types
• Own end-to-end user flows from concept through implementation
• Partner with product managers and engineers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Use research, testing, and product metrics to inform and improve designs
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and shared UI patterns
• Maintain high standards of interface quality across visual design, interaction design, and usability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house product designer working on shipped products
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and interface design
• Ability to design across levels of fidelity from high-level flows to detailed interactions
• Structured approach to design using research, principles, and clear rationale
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Understanding of how design supports adoption, usability, and long-term product quality
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience designing complex, data-driven products or interfaces with multiple user types
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system
• Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design best practices
