About the Role

Seeking an associate with at least 3-5 years of litigation experience to support the Government Contracts Practice Group in the Washington, D.C. or San Francisco office. The role offers opportunities to work with other practice groups and provides early client-facing experience with a realistic path to shareholder status.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily support the Government Contracts Practice Group.
  • Litigate bid protests, claims and performance disputes, and terminations for default or convenience.
  • Provide regulatory compliance advice and counseling.
  • Handle False Claims Act issues and Organizational Conflicts of Interest, Procurement Integrity, and ethics issues.
  • Work with other practice groups within the firm if desired.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, or California.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid academic credentials.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with consistent attention to detail.
