About the Role
Action Property Management is seeking hospitality professionals to join our teams at prestigious luxury residential communities in San Francisco. We are looking for individuals who bring service excellence from luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end retail environments and are committed to exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences.
- Assist others and anticipate needs.
- Provide white-glove service.
- Anticipate resident and guest needs while providing personalized attention.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
