About the Role

Sonata One is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business change and technology initiatives. This role will focus on clear scoping, prioritization, and communication of work items within a rapidly scaling fintech business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Support process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and preparation of business insights.
• Create and maintain documentation such as use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Work closely with senior analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prioritize work, communicate with stakeholders, and manage a business-as-usual development stream.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a business analysis or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC/Agile) preferred.

Skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), or project tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
