About the Role

JetBrains is developing an AI-native platform for software development, serving as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development. This strategic, long-term investment aims to integrate developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational control. We are seeking a Senior Product Leader to drive the development of our enterprise agent platform, focusing on governance, AI spend management, hybrid cloud support, and public APIs. This role requires extensive experience in large-scale tech environments or high-growth B2B startups, combining platform vision with disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the roadmap for the platform’s control and execution planes.
Lead the development of key platform primitives and console UX.
Shape hybrid cloud and enterprise readiness capabilities.
Define and deliver public APIs for enterprise extensibility.
Align cross-functional teams around priorities and measurable outcomes.
Engage directly with strategic customers and design partners at the VP+ level.
Define KPIs and drive disciplined execution.

Requirements

Senior product leader with C-suite accountability.
Experienced in building platform, governance, or developer tooling products.
Strong in both strategy and execution, with no tendency toward “big bang” thinking.
Comfortable working with enterprise customers and hybrid environments.
An excellent communicator and cross-functional leader.
Data-driven and outcome-oriented.
Experience with RBAC/ABAC or multi-tenant systems.
A background in hybrid/cloud SaaS.
Experience running design partner programs.
