About the Role

Kineto is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, including web presence, social channels, and the product itself. This role offers the opportunity to own a significant part of the brand's creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Kineto's brand identity, including visual language, guidelines, and creative direction across all channels.
• Design and build web pages that clearly and stylishly communicate the product's value.
• Create and automate social media visuals using AI-powered workflows, from templates to dynamic content generation.
• Produce motion and video content, including animations, product demos, social clips, and other brand assets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure brand consistency across the product interface and external communications.
• Contribute to product design, including wireframes, UI components, and interactive prototypes, as needed.
• Effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders and the wider team.

Requirements

• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing brand design, visual identity systems, and web design.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to consistently apply and extend a brand's visual language across web, social, and product surfaces.
• Capacity to clearly articulate design decisions and justify proposed solutions.
• Experience creating assets for social media at scale, including templates and automation-friendly formats.
• Comfort working in a highly iterative environment and adapting to product evolution.
• Ability to guide tasks from concept through execution and feedback.
• A realistic understanding of personal strengths and areas for growth.
